Stretchy construction. This Hat is in excellent vintage condition. It was kept in a box. Purchased in mid 1980\'s from Lazarus Dept Store in Columbus, OH. This hat goes incredibly well with the Forecaster _ Hooded Winter Wool Coat Navy, Black, Velvet trim which I have listed separately. There is a picture of the Label inside: Pinehurst Fifth Avenue New York.
