Has ribbon surround at inner edge—has some make up marking on the inner ribbon—not touching since it is vintage. I love how you can see the hand stitching! A couple have disintegrated with time as pictured but so well done that not compromising at all. Measures approximately 7 inches across. Sits a bit more on top of my head versus on it—or I’d be keeping this piece!! Has appropriately 4 inches of height.
